The founder and sole proprietor of leadership lab is Jonelle Naude. She is a coach, facilitator, programme developer and coach trainer. As the first South African to be certified as a coach through the internationally acclaimed Coaches Training Institute, she has tenacity and passion when it comes to growth and excellence of self and other. Jonelle has coached professionally for 8 years and has worked with more than 50 individual coaching clients. Her experience stretches across public, government and private sectors.
