At the heart of her work lies a passion for human development and a drive to be ever reaching higher/deeper to the next level of existence. Her focus as coach thus include enhancing performance and functioning; shifting mindset and belief systems, creating clear and effective communication models; increasing self-awareness and awareness of other, and deepening personal responsibility. The expansive growth and learned personal rigour, that is a byproduct of Jonelle’s coaching, creates self-aware, strong and authentic leaders in any role or position.

Her background has enabled Jonelle to create coaching and leadership training programmes which are not only rigorous, challenging and transformational, but also multi-dimensional, transparent and emotionally safe.

A major focus of Jonelle’s work is her role as change agent in South Africa’s journey of healing and democratic development.
